As soon as your order is placed, we will do our best to get your order to you as efficiently as possible. Your order will be securely packed and passed on to our postal service as soon as possible.Delivery of our products is carried out by DHL, UPS or PostNL.You can follow your order via an online tracking system/link as soon as it has been dispatched. We will try to ship on the same day if ordered before 12pm, but this is not always possible, so please allow 1 to 2 working days for shipping your orders. Our usual working days are Monday to Friday. When products are not in stock, please allow 14 days for your order to be shipped.The delivery is calculated based on weight and destination. International customers (e.g. Norway, Iceland, Canary Islands, Switzerland, etc) are responsible for any customs charges, or items appropriated or returned by customs.

Shipping to Norway.Due to Norwegian tax regulations, we have to kindly request that orders be a minimum of €300 in order for us to continue offering our products to Norwegian customers. This puts the responsibility of VAT payment with the customer. These sales are of course TAX FREE. No VAT will be added to your order during checkout, but will instead be settled by the buyer upon importation. Orders over €300 will pass through customs and will be subject to VAT and local import charges which must be paid before delivery.Orders returned to NurtitionVision due to the inability of settling import charges will be refunded minus the incurred transport and handling costs.We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but we believe it is necessary to avoid any long-term consequences.
