Suggested Usage
Tincture general: 1 dropper 3 – 6 times a day.
Kindey Tea: Boil 1 teaspoon of mixture per 2 cups of distilled water. Drink 1 – 3 times a day.

Expiration Information
Powders & loose teas should be refrigerated after opening for longest freshness and potency.
Tinctures & capsules do not need to be refrigerated but should be stored in a cool, dark location (out of direct light).
