Suggested Usage
General: 2 – 3 Capsules of each formula, 2 to 3 times a day. Preferably 15-20 minutes before meals.
Expiration Information
Powders & loose teas should be refrigerated after opening for longest freshness and potency.
Tinctures & capsules do not need to be refrigerated but should be stored in a cool, dark location (out of direct light).
