Suggested Usage

General: 2 – 3 capsules, 2 – 3 times a day.

Expiration Information

Powders & loose teas should be refrigerated after opening for longest freshness and potency.
Tinctures & capsules do not need to be refrigerated but should be stored in a cool, dark location (out of direct light).
This will ensure longest freshness and potency. Date reflected on the bottom of the bottle is the standard “expiration” date. If stored properly these products will last far beyond the recommended expiration date.

Warnings and Contraindications

Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding, in cases of (suspected) intestinal obstruction, sudden abdominal pain of unknown origin, severe inflammatory conditions of the intestines, persistent diarrhea, or dehydration.
